Effective 5/2/2022, CFAM will service and support your subscription/lease agreement. This transfer does not affect the terms and conditions of your agreement, other than those terms that are directly related to Fair Servicing, LLC or Fair Rideshare Servicing, LLC’s ownership of the agreement. You’ll continue to enjoy all of the services included with your Fair car & auto pay will be unaffected, but you will no longer be able to use the Fair app or website to make one-time payments, access account information, or initiate a return.
Please note that while CFAM is servicing your existing subscription/lease agreement that we purchased, CFAM is not in the car subscription or leasing business and is not in a position to renew or extend your current agreement beyond the current term. Please plan to turn the vehicle in when your agreement ends. If you prefer a subscription or lease arrangement for your future vehicle needs, please seek another provider.
